Job Description:
- We need a skilled Capital Markets / Investment Banking / Wealth Management Business Analyst with strong communication skills.
- You'll work with senior leaders and Agile teams for top financial clients, defining requirements, managing backlogs, and prioritizing features with clients.
- This is a highly collaborative environment, and you will be expected to be in workplace few days a week.
Responsibilities will include:
- Prioritize features with clients,
- Provide business expertise to engineering teams,
- Define product requirements and manage the backlog prioritization for multiple development tracks,
- Create user stories and acceptance criteria,
- Work closely with Agile teams, experienced with agile tools like Jira and hands on with collaborative platforms like Confluence for documentation management.
- Fluent with creating functional diagrams and can work with little supervision
- Provide weekly reporting to leadership teams
An ideal Candidate will have:
- 12+ years' experience in Capital Markets / Investment Banking / Wealth Management in Sr Business Analyst roles and 5 - 7 years relevant experience in Product Owner role.
- Strong domain knowledge around mutual/hedge Funds Securities and Fixed income required. Knowledge of Alladin / Eagle Pace is plus.
- Has worked on Analytics / reporting products is required.
- Experience with ETL tools like Informatica, Pentaho and database like SQL server , Snowflake etc. is a plus.
- Exposure in Agile methodologies and tool, and Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or finance.
