Key Responsibilities

• Lead hands-ontest automation for web, mobile, APIs, backend microservices, and integrated systems.
• Design and maintain automation frameworks and automatedfunctional, regression, integration, negative, reliability, and performance tests.
• Develop test strategies, test plans, test cases, andrisk-based verification aligned with requirements.
• ValidateUI, APIs, microservices, databases, messaging, and end-to-end workflows.
• Integrate automation intoCI/CD pipelines and establish quality gates.
• Troubleshoot complex application, service, device, network, and test-environment failures.
• Participate in defect triage, RCA, risk assessments, design/requirements reviews, and corrective actions.
• Maintaintraceability, verification evidence, test results, and audit-ready documentation.
• Collaborate with Software, Systems, Quality, Security, DevOps, Architecture, Product, and UI/UX teams.
• Lead/mentor offshore test engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Improve automation frameworks, tools, test environments, and quality processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s +6 years relevant experience OR Master’s +4 years relevant experience.
• 5+ years preferred in software development, SDET, test automation, or quality engineering.
• StrongJava andJavaScript experience.
• Hands-onweb and mobile application testing/automation.
• Experience withAPIs, backend services, microservices, or distributed systems.
• Experience creating software verification artifacts:test strategies, test designs, test cases, test results.
• Experience withGit/source control, defect tracking, CI/CD/build pipelines.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and technical leadership skills.
• Experience working in amedical-device, regulated, or compliance-driven environment preferred/strongly desired.
