Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant project management experience.
• 5+ years of managerial/project leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree may substitute for experience requirements.
• Strongcross-functional/multidisciplinary project management experience.
• Experience managingbudgets, timelines, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Strong experience withcost savings, process/product improvement, or operational projects.
• Excellentstakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
• Experience working withEngineering, R&D, Quality, Operations, and/or Manufacturing teams preferred.
• Medical device / regulated industry experience is highly preferred.
• Must be able to work100% onsite in North Haven, CT.
• Must be available for a12-month W2 contract.
