Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of relevant manufacturing/process/advanced manufacturing engineering experience, or3+ years with an advanced degree.
• Medical device or other highly regulated industry experience preferred/strongly desired.
• Hands-on experience withlaser welding, resistance welding, micro-welding/micro-joining, battery/capacitor manufacturing, or similar thermal joining processes.
• Strongprocess development, process improvement, validation, and problem-solving experience.
• Experience withDOE, statistical analysis, process capability, and preferablyMinitab.
• Experience withDMAIC, Root Cause Analysis, 5 Whys, Fishbone, or similar problem-solving methods.
• Ability to readengineering drawings/specifications.
• Experience working withcross-functional teams including Manufacturing/Operations, Quality, R&D/Design Engineering, and suppliers.
• Understanding ofISO 13485, FDA QSR, or other regulated quality systems.
