Sr Power Platform Developer

We are seeking a seasonedSenior Power Platform Developer with strong hands-on experience designing and developing enterprise solutions using the fullMicrosoft Power Platform suite.

The ideal candidate will be highly experienced withPower Apps Model-Driven development and Microsoft Dataverse, along with strong capabilities inPower Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365. This individual will serve as a senior member of the development team, work directly with DHA customers to understand requirements, lead development efforts, and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprisePower Apps Model-Driven applications.
• Design and configureDataverse tables, relationships, forms, views, business rules, business process flows, and security roles.
• Develop and maintainPower Automate flows supporting complex business processes, approvals, notifications, and system integrations.
• Design and developPower BI dashboards and reports, including Power Query, data modeling, DAX, KPIs, and interactive visualizations.
• Develop and supportCanvas Apps and Power Fx as needed.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions withSharePoint, Microsoft 365, SQL, Dataverse, and APIs.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, knowledge bases, permissions, and content.
• Work directly with customers togather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Lead development efforts and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Troubleshoot complex application, workflow, data, integration, and reporting issues.
• Support Power PlatformSolutions, ALM, testing, deployments, and documentation.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development activities and customer demonstrations.

Required Qualifications

• Six (6)+ years of progressive experience in application/software development, including strong Microsoft Power Platform experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
• Advanced hands-on experience withPower Apps Model-Driven development.
• Advanced experience withMicrosoft Dataverse, including data modeling, relationships, forms, views, business rules, business process flows, and security.
• Strong experience withPower Automate, including complex flows and integrations.
• Strong experience withPower BI, including dashboards, Power Query, data modeling, DAX, and KPIs.
• Experience withCanvas Apps and Power Fx.
• Strong experience withSharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
• Working knowledge ofSQL and enterprise data sources.
• Experience withPower Platform Solutions and ALM.
• Experience working directly with customers to gather and translate requirements.
• Previous experience as aSenior or Lead Developer, including mentoring junior developers.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Current CompTIA Security+ CE certification required at start.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active security clearance and/or favorable Tier 3 investigation preferred.
• PreviousDHA, DoD, VA, or Federal Government experience.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications such asPL-400.
• Experience withAzure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, REST APIs, JSON, and custom connectors.
• Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity andSection 508 requirements.
