Must-Have Skills:

1. Human Factors/usability validation study design & execution – hands-on moderator experience.
2. Use-Related Risk Analysis (URRA) – authoring and risk traceability.
3. Usability data analysis & report writing.
4. Experience withmedical devices, preferably regulated/Class III products.
5. Formative and summative/HF validation experience.
6. Strong understanding ofhuman factors engineering, usability testing, research methodologies, and risk management.
7. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Education:
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree inHuman Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field preferred.
