Role overview

We are looking for experiencedWorkflow Automation Developers to join our team and work on enterprise-scale business process automation projects in the banking sector.

You will design, develop, and deliver workflow solutions usingIBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) or similar BPM platforms, collaborating closely with business analysts and integration engineers to automate mission-critical banking processes.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Designing and implementing business processes and workflows on enterprise BPM platforms.
• Developing BPMN process models, user-facing forms, and system integrations.
• Integrating workflow applications with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining production workflow applications.
• Collaborating with business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• At least3 years of hands-on experience with a business process automation / workflow platform such asIBM BAW, IBM BPM, WebSphere Lombardi, Camunda, Pega, Appian, Bizagi, Activiti / Flowable, or similar.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Solid knowledge ofBPMN 2.0 and business process modeling principles.
• Hands-on experience withJava,JavaScript, andSQL.
• Experience integrating workflow applications with enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle,Git, and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience specifically withIBM BAW or IBM BPM.
• Experience inbanking, financial services, or insurance projects.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
• Knowledge of additional BPM/workflow tools or low-code platforms.
• Agile / Scrum experience.
