Weâre looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist who can make that real.Â

This position is only open to candidates who will be employed directly by us. We do not work with contractors or agencies for this role.
You're the strategic backbone between clients and our digital experts.Â
Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies and oversee their consistent, high-quality implementation across all channels Â
Dutch should come naturally, English is a must and French is a plusÂ
Spot relevant trends and translate them into inspiring sessions for clients and internal teamsÂ
Conduct strategic audits of existing marketing and digital approaches - and turn findings into clear directionÂ
Define strategic frameworks that guide fellow strategists and execution teamsÂ
Pitch and develop new digital propositions with existing clientsÂ
Build deep understanding of clients' business goals, target audiences, and competitive landscape through close collaborationÂ
Act as the strategic bridge between clients and our digital specialists across social media, influencer marketing, UX/UI, e-commerce, CRO, marketing automation, performance marketing, SEO and SEA, - guiding them on how strategy translates into deliveryÂ
Integrate AI into marketing strategies and operations - identifying where it drives real business value, and helping clients adopt it in a meaningful, future-proof wayÂ
You turn strategic direction into tangible outcomes.Â
At least 5 years of experience as a marketing strategistÂ
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, e-commerce, and the broader advertising ecosystem - ATL experience is a plusÂ
Sharp storytelling and presentation skills: you translate complex strategies into clear, compelling narratives that drive alignment and actionÂ
Experience defining personas and customer journeys based on data insights and client inputÂ
Strong analytical skills - you turn data into clear, actionable recommendations that guide decision-makingÂ
Broad knowledge of digital marketing disciplines (SEO, SEA, social media, CRO, marketing automation, content, e-commerce, UX/UI) that allows you to confidently guide specialist teamsÂ
A strong commercial mindset - you understand value creation, ROI, and the drivers of sustainable business growthÂ
You understand how AI is reshaping marketing and know how to translate it into practical, value-driven applications within strategy and operationsÂ
Fluent in English & Dutch. French is a strong plusÂ
Most importantly: you take ownership.Â
