Senior Developer

We are looking for aSenior .NET Developer to join our team and take ownership of abusiness-critical enterprise platform. This role blendshands-on development, architecture leadership, and production support, working across web, services, and data layers.

You’ll play a key role inmodernising and evolving a large-scale .NET 8 platform, collaborating closely with Product and Technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver new features aligned to business requirements
• Maintain and enhance an enterprise .NET platform across UI, services, and database layers
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and bugs
• Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions
• Mentor developers and enforce coding standards and best practices
• Ensure quality through testing, code reviews, and documentation
• Provide accurate estimations and support agile delivery processes

Tech Stack

• Languages: C#, SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Frameworks: .NET 8, ASP.NET Core, Blazor Server, MVC
• Services: CoreWCF / service-based architecture
• Databases: Microsoft SQL Server, LINQ, ADO.NET
• Testing: MSTest, xUnit, Playwright
• DevOps: Git, CI/CD pipelines, MSBuild, NuGet
• Architecture: Layered enterprise systems, distributed services

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years software development experience
• 2+ years in a senior .NET role
• Strong experience withenterprise-scale systems
• Solid knowledge ofC# and SQL
• Experience withdistributed services and web applications
• Proven ability inarchitecture and technical design
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Relevant IT qualification or equivalent

Nice to Have

• Retail, ERP, or transactional system experience
• Exposure tohybrid modernisation (legacy + .NET 8)
• Experience withAzure or cloud-based architectures
• Observability and monitoring tools
