Schedule & Benefits:
- Full TimeÂ
- August 2026 to June 2027
- 5 days per week, Mon-Fri
- 37.5 hours per week, 7:45 am to 4:15 p.m. 1/2 hour unpaid lunch
- Providing services to Elementary and Middle School age students
- Pay starts at $58Â an hour.Â

- Provide direct speech and language therapy services as directed by supervising SLP.
- Implement IEP goals and objectives for students with speech and language impairments.
- Prepare therapy materials and instructional activities.
- Collect and document student performance data toward IEP goals.
- Assist with speech and language screenings (not formal evaluations).
- Maintain therapy logs, service records, and progress reports.
- Support classroom collaboration with teachers and staff.
- Utilize AAC devices and support students with diverse communication needs.
- Participate in IEP meetings when requested by supervising SLP.
- Maintain confidentiality in accordance with FERPA and HIPAA guidelines.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Associate’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Completion of a Board-approved SLPA program.
- Valid CA SLPA License. Â
