BuildreusableAIaccelerators,workflows,andimplementationpatterns.
DevelopAIagents,orchestrationframeworks,andenterpriseautomationsolutions.
Collaboratedirectlywithdesignatedsolutionownerswhiletransferringknowledgethroughouttheengagement.
Ensureallcode,prompts,configurations,evaluations,andarchitecturaldecisionsarecommittedtoclient-controlledrepositories.
DesignandimplementscalableRAG-basedandLLM-poweredapplications.
Createarchitecturedocumentation,decisionlogs,andoperationalrunbooks.
Establishevaluationframeworkstomeasureperformance,reliability,andbusinessoutcomes.
Implementsecurity,governance,andResponsibleAIbestpractices.
Supportcapabilityhandoffandensureteamscanindependentlyoperate,modify,andextenddeliveredsolutions.
Participateinarchitecturereviews,technicalworkshops,andstakeholderdemonstrations.

RequiredTechnicalSkills

5+yearsofsoftwareengineeringexperience.
Stronghands-onexperiencewithPythondevelopment.
ExperiencebuildingGenerativeAIandAgenticAIsolutions.
KnowledgeofLargeLanguageModels(LLMs),PromptEngineering,andRAGarchitectures.
