Senior Accountant

Position Summary

We’re looking for aSenior Accountant who is detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment. In this role, you’ll work across complex financial datasets covering revenue, expenses, and multiple business units, ensuring accuracy and compliance as we scale. You’ll play a key role in strengthening our financial processes, driving operational efficiency, and providing insights that help leadership make informed decisions.

• Monday to Friday, 10 PM to 7 AM Manila Time
• Following US Holidays

Responsibilities

• Own a significant portion of our month-end close activities, including areas of revenue recognition, expense accruals and deferrals, debt, and intercompany transactions
• Prepare account reconciliations, flux analysis and monitor irregularities for day-to-day accounting operations using AI-enabled close management tools
• Perform select treasury functions such as batch contractor payments, tax payments, and cross-border intercompany settlements
• Own a significant portion of our annual financial audit
• Review and improve our various standard operating procedures for accounting operations
• Drive ongoing process automation and system implementations for accounting operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• CPA required
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience – a mix of public accounting practice and industry is strongly preferred
• Impeccable attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• AI forward, process improvement mindset
• Knowledge of technical accounting topics including ASC 606
• Experience with Netsuite (preferred)
