Graduate of Architecture (Revit)

Job Overview 

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Graduates of Architecture to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with and report directly to a Senior Associate, contributing to BIM modelling, project delivery, and drawing production while ensuring alignment with company quality standards. 

Job Details 

• Work Setup: Work from Home 
• Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM (Manila Time) | Semi-Flexible with a start time between 7 AM – 8 AM and an end time between 4 PM – 5 PM 
• Holiday: Will follow Philippine Holidays 

Responsibilities 

• Project Delivery & Modelling: Work on BIM modelling, preparing the production of drawings and schedules that conform to both client and company standards. Take responsibility for assigned projects and work packages to meet quality and timeline expectations. 

• Quality Assurance: Undertake regular checks of both BIM and PDF drawings to ensure delivery meets quality standards. Follow company Technical Architecture Procedures (TAP) and assist in reviewing QA manuals. 

• Reporting & Communication: Keep the project line manager fully informed of all relevant project matters, discrepancies, or additional work. Ensure all client communications are clear, concise, and accurate. 

• Teamwork & Compliance: Act as an enthusiastic team player, collaborating effectively across projects to share workloads and expertise. Strictly follow company policies, including diligent and accurate daily timesheet logging. 

• Time & Budget Management: Work in an efficient, time-conscious manner to keep projects within agreed man-days and budgets. Obtain prior sign-off for any overtime requirements. 

• Training & Development: Actively pursue personal development goals, attend training sessions, and assist in onboarding newcomers to help them become effective team members. 

Qualifications 

Education & Experience 

• Recent graduate of Architecture.  

• Prior exposure to or a developed understanding of the BIM process is highly advantageous.  

• A general understanding of international architectural practices, building regulations, detailing, or construction methods (specifically for the UK, Middle East, and/or Australia/NZ) is a plus but not required.  

Technical & Computer Skills 

• Must have academic exposure to Revit software during school coursework. 

• Familiarity with other Autodesk, Bentley, or Graphisoft CAD and BIM applications is a strong plus.  

• Competency in using the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is beneficial.
