Key Responsibilities:

  1. Self-motivated professional with a strong track record on theServiceNow platform, delivering medium to complex solutions.
  2. Lead development and customization ofService Portal, UI Builder, and Workspace experiences.
  3. Design and developcustom UI components (Now Experience Framework) for Agent Workspaces.
  4. Build responsive, user-centric interfaces usingUI Builder, components, data resources, and client scripts.
  5. Translate business requirements into scalableportal and workspace solutions.
  6. Develop and maintain reusablecustom components, widgets, and UI frameworks.
  7. Work onCSM and ITSM module implementations with focus on enhanced user experience.
  8. Performinstance upgrades and patching across multiple environments.

Technical Expertise:

  1. Strong proficiency inJavaScript (client & server-side) and ServiceNow scripting.
  2. Hands-on experience with:
  3. Service Portal (widgets, AngularJS, theming)
  4. UI Builder & Now Experience Framework
  5. Custom component development (Web Components / Now UI Framework)
  6. Expertise inServiceNow APIs, Glide APIs, and platform capabilities.
  7. Strong experience inIntegrations (REST/SOAP, Integration Hub)(must-have).
  8. Solid understanding ofrelational databases and data modeling.
  9. Experience withATF, Flow Designer, and Virtual Agent integrations.
  10. Working knowledge ofAgile methodologies.

Stakeholder Management:

  1. Ability to understand customer requirements and convert them intointuitive UI/UX solutions.
  2. Strong communication skills to collaborate withclients, architects, and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience:

  1. Experience working onMSP-based (multi-tenant) ServiceNow instances.
  2. Exposure toend-to-end UI/UX transformation initiatives on ServiceNow.

Certifications:

Required:

  1. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  2. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Desired:

  1. ITIL V3 / ITIL 4 Foundation
  2. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CSM/ITSM preferred)
  3. Micro-Certifications:
  4. Automated Test Framework
  5. Flow Designer
  6. Integration Hub
  7. Virtual Agent

Key Differentiator (Must-Have):

  1. Strong expertise inUI Builder, Service Portal, and custom workspace component development, with proven delivery ofmodern, scalable, and user-friendly ServiceNow interfaces.

 

Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years
