An experiencedSalesforce Test Engineer (OmniStudio) with strong expertise in functional, integration, and DevOps-driven testing. The role focuses on validating OmniStudio implementations, Salesforce integrations, and CI/CD releases usingCopado and Copado Robotic Testing.

Analyse business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Design and execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT test cases.

Test Salesforce business processes built usingFlows and Approval Processes.

Validate and testSalesforce OmniStudio components, including:

1. FlexCards
2. OmniScripts
3. DataRaptors
4. Integration Procedures
5. Business Rule Engine (BRE)

Perform API testing (REST/SOAP) and validate integrations with external systems.

UsePostman for API validation and data reconciliation.

Work withCopado for release management, environment promotions, deployment validation, and rollback testing.

Execute and maintain automated test suites usingCopado Robotic Testing (CRT) and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.

Log and track defects usingJIRA / Azure DevOps.

Collaborate with Salesforce developers, admins, and product owners in Agile teams.

Support UAT cycles and production releases.

Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years

3+ years of experience inSalesforce testing (Service Cloud preferred).

Strong expertise infunctional and integration testing.

Hands-on experience withOmniStudio testing (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, IPs).

Strong experience withCopado DevOps.

Experience inCopado Robotic Testing (CRT) or Salesforce test automation.

Test automation usingCRT and/or Selenium.

Solid experience in API testing (REST/SOAP).

Working knowledge of Salesforce data model andSOQL.
