Role Mission

  1. Develop and integrateAI-driven capabilities into the QA Evolution platform
  2. Ensuresecure, auditable, and governed execution of AI agents
  3. Enablescalable agent orchestration patterns aligned with enterprise architecture
  4. Support the transition from traditional QA toagent-driven, AI-augmented quality engineering
  • Experience with one agent framework:
    • PydanticAI, LangChain, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents SDK (or equivalents)
  • Implementation oftool-calling agents with governance constraints
  • Orchestration patterns:
    • ReAct
    • Plan-and-Execute
    • Multi-agent collaboration / delegation
  • Advanced prompt engineering:
    • System prompts
    • Few-shot examples
    • Reasoning techniques
  • Scripting Language
    • Python
    • Java 
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG):
    • Embeddings
    • Vector databases
    • Knowledge graphs

 

LLM & Integration

  1. Experience with:
  2. OpenAI-compatible APIs and/or open-source LLMs
  3. Optimization of:
  4. Token usage
  5. Latency
  6. Cost monitoring
  7. Evaluation methodologies:
  8. LLM evaluation pipelines
  9. Test suites for agent behavior
  10. CI/CD integration for automated validation

 

Total Experience Expected: 04-08 years
