Catalyst Supervisor - Saudi Arabia

We are looking for experiencedCatalyst Supervisors with strong Gulf and Saudi Arabia Oil & Gas exposure. The candidate must have hands-on experience in catalyst change-out, loading, and unloading activities during plant turnarounds and shutdowns.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise catalyst change-out, loading, and unloading operations

• Lead catalyst technicians and drive project progress on site

• Ensure strict compliance with Safety First standards

• Work in hazardous environments with proper safety procedures

• Operate and supervise work using Breathing Air equipment

• Support plant Turnaround and Shutdown activities

• Prepare method statements and site documentation

• Coordinate with QA/QC and safety teams

Experience Requirements

• Minimum5 years Gulf + Saudi experience in Oil & Gas field

• Experience in Petrochemical projects (India experience preferred)

• Proven experience asCatalyst Supervisor in reputed contracting companies

• Hands-on experience in catalyst handling operations

• Strong knowledge of plant Turnaround and Shutdown activities

Educational & Skill Requirements

• Degree in any Engineering discipline (Preferred from reputed college)

• Working knowledge of MS Word & MS Excel

• Fluent in English (Speaking, Reading & Writing)

• Strong email communication and documentation skills

  • Salary: SAR 5,000 – 7,000 per month
