✅ Qualifications:

• ✅ Automotive industry experience isREQUIRED
• ✅ Minimum1 year as an automotive manager
• ✅ Minimum3 years of total automotive experience
• ✅ Deep understanding of lender programs, F&I laws, and compliance procedures
• ✅ Strong communication, closing, and negotiation skills
