Job Title: Solution Architect (SAP)
Location: Remote
Type: Contract
Position Overview
We are seeking ahighly skilled SAP Solution Architect to lead the design, integration, and optimization of SAP solutions across multiple modules, includingSAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, Ariba, Fieldglass, and SAP CPI. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise and hands-on experience assessing, improving, and implementing complex SAP integrations to enhance end-to-end business processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the current SAP architecture and integrations (particularly between SAP Fieldglass and S/4HANA) to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Design and implement scalable SAP integration solutions usingSAP CPI,PI/PO, and other middleware tools.
  • Provide architectural recommendations, develop solution roadmaps, and guide teams through technical challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Functional Analysts, Developers, and Scrum Masters) to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead technical discussions and drive process improvements to reduce troubleshooting and manual monitoring.
  • Support ongoing rollout efforts ofAriba andFieldglass in international markets.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum5 years of recent experience as anSAP Architect acrossSAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, andSAP CPI.
  • Proven success designing and implementing integrations usingSAP CPI,PI/PO, or equivalent middleware technologies.
  • Strong understanding ofSAP best practices,integration strategies, andarchitecture principles.
  • Hands-on experience with at least3 full-cycle SAP implementations involvingAriba,Fieldglass, andS/4HANA.
  • Ability to lead meetings, drive solution discussions, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP Certifications inAriba,Fieldglass, orS/4HANA.
  • Experience working withinAgile or Scrum environments.
  • Portuguese language proficiency (highly preferred).
Project Context
The project involves expanding SAPAriba andFieldglass integrations within a global framework, initially focused on North America and Brazil. The selected architect will play a critical role in stabilizing and maturing the integration landscape to reduce daily maintenance and improve overall system reliability.
