**Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Help Place Solum Health in Every Healthcare Provider in the U.S**

**Location:** Remote / Hybrid SF

**Compensation:** Competitive USD Salary + OTE + Stock Options

**About the Role**

We are looking for a **Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR)** to help us place **Solum Health in every healthcare practice n the U.S.** If you thrive in \*\*early-stage environments, love the grind, and understand that sales is about customer obsession, not just automation—this role is for you.

**Who’s the Right Fit?**

• **Obsessed with sales and early-stage growth** – Sales is about solving problems, not just automating generic templates

• **A strong writer** – You craft high-converting outreach that leads to meaningful meetings. _(B2/C1 English required.)_

• **Detail-oriented and results-driven** – You track everything, refine every process, and know that momentum wins deals.

• **Hungry to learn and work hard** – This isn’t a 9–5 role. You want growth, challenges, and the chance to build something big. We have fun, but we work really hard.

• **Tech-savvy and automation-focused** – You’re familiar with Clay, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and you’re passionate about AI-driven prospecting.

• **Fluent in sales metrics** – You understand ICP, SQL, MQL, and open and reply rates. If these terms don’t mean anything to you, this isn’t the right fit.

* Work with our GTM AI team to scale multi-channel outreach campaigns.
* Identify ICPs and buyer personas, and iterate on the ICP until we find product–market fit (PMF).
