Software Support Engineer

Technical Knowledge in either of Java Technologies or Microsoft Technologies,
Knowledge of QMS and SDLC process
Oversee and follow-up on open department issues.
Develop user relationships through professional, dependable and accurate interactions.
Ability to reach out and deliver application solutions to customers, including addressing mission critical issues beyond office hours.

Open to travel to customer sites for high profile
issue resolution.
