Software Engineer II (MERN)

Seeking a Software Developer 2 with strong Retail POS and Store Technology expertise to lead design and development of scalable, cloud native applications. The role requires hands on Full Stack (MERN) experience, microservices architecture, AWS cloud, and a design thinking mindset to solve complex store level challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Support and help in development and peer to peer reviews in store retail systems
• Design and implement microservices based architectures
• Build full stack applications using React, Node.js, Express, MongoDB
  
• Hands-On Development and deploy solutions on AWS
  
• Apply design thinking to enhance store associate and customer experiences
  
• Collaborate with product, UX, cross-account teams and retail business teams.
  
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring
  
• Ensure system reliability, performance, security, and scalability
  
• Drive CI/CD adoption and engineering best practices
  
• E2E Accountability on respective project deliverables.
