Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant

Sofigate is growing fast, and we're looking for aSalesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant who enjoys solving business challenges through technology and wants to grow alongside Salesforce's newest capabilities. In this role, you'll design and build end-to-end marketing solutions across Marketing Cloud Engagement, Marketing Cloud Next, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and/or Salesforce Core. Depending on your experience, you’ll shape client engagements from early discovery to delivery, and act as a trusted advisor to our clients and Salesforce partners.

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of marketing, business, and technology. You don't need to be an expert in every Salesforce product. We value curiosity, willingness to learn, and the ability to bridge business and technology perspectives.

Your background could be one of the following:

1. You have strong hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud Engagement and marketing automation. You enjoy working with business stakeholders and understanding marketing use cases. You're excited to expand your expertise into Salesforce Core and Data Cloud to build broader customer engagement solutions.

2. You have experience with Salesforce Core and/or Data Cloud. You enjoy solving business problems through technology and working with customer data. You're eager to learn Marketing Cloud Engagement and apply your technical expertise to marketing and customer engagement use cases.

Whichever path you come from, you're comfortable communicating with both business and technical stakeholders, or you're motivated to develop those skills. We value consultants who can translate business needs into practical solutions and continuously grow their expertise.

To succeed in this role, you have experience in several of the following areas:

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, Salesforce Core, and/or Data Cloud.

• Designing and building customer engagement or CRM solutions.

• SQL, AMPscript, HTML/CSS, or other relevant technical skills.

• Salesforce Flow and the Salesforce data model.

• Marketing automation, customer journeys, customer data, or personalization.

Experience with Marketing Cloud Next, Agentforce, pre-sales, customer workshops, or solution architecture is considered a plus.

Most importantly, you're motivated to broaden your expertise.

Salary range for this position is €5,500–€7,500 per month, depending on your skills and experience.
