This is a pivotal role where you will drive one of our most strategic business areas, shaping its direction and scaling its impact in the Swedish market. Sweden stands out as Sofigate’s most exciting growth opportunity in the Nordics, offering the largest market potential.

Your role

As aBusiness Executive – ServiceNow Sweden, you will lead the next chapter of our ServiceNow business – shifting from solution selling to strategic transformation selling, where platforms, AI, and business change come together.

  • Elevate our commercial approach to strategic transformation selling, combining platforms, AI, and business change into C-level value stories.

  • Lead and develop our dedicated ServiceNow sales team in Sweden.

  • Engage with strategic customers and C-level stakeholders to position Sofigate as a transformation partner.

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies together with sales and marketing.

  • Strengthen our strategic collaboration with ServiceNow.

  • Own the commercial performance of the ServiceNow business in Sweden.

What you'll have around you

You will lead a dedicated ServiceNow sales team, backed by the Nordic ServiceNow practice and the largest transformation centre of excellence in the Nordics. You will also collaborate closely with Nordic leadership and our strategic ServiceNow alliance team.

  • Deepening our partnership with ServiceNow and investing in platform and AI capabilities.

  • Investing in Sweden through new talent, customer acquisition, and growth opportunities.

What you bring

  • 10–15+ years of experience in consulting, IT services, or platform-driven businesses.

  • Experience from leadership roles such as Business Unit Lead, Sales Director, Client Executive, or Practice Lead.

  • Strong ability to engage with CXO-level stakeholders and translate transformation into business value.

  • Proven track record of closing large, complex transformation deals.

  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, or similar.

  • P&L ownership and strong commercial mindset.

  • Fluency in bothSwedish andEnglish.
