The Business Analyst is responsible for understanding business needs, analysing processes, and translating requirements into clear, actionable outcomes that enable successful project delivery.Â
Business Analysis & RequirementsÂ
- Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements through stakeholder engagementÂ
- Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirementsÂ
- Develop artefacts including business requirements documents, user stories, and process mapsÂ
- Ensure requirements are traceable, prioritised, and aligned to business outcomesÂ
Stakeholder EngagementÂ
- Build strong relationships across business and technology teamsÂ
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions to gather and validate requirementsÂ
- Support stakeholder alignment and decision-makingÂ
Process ImprovementÂ
- Analyse current-state processes and identify improvement opportunitiesÂ
- Define future-state processes aligned to business and technology strategyÂ
- Support continuous improvement initiativesÂ
Delivery SupportÂ
- Work closely with Project Managers and delivery teams to support project executionÂ
- Contribute to solution design discussionsÂ
- Support testing activities and define acceptance criteriaÂ
- Ensure delivered solutions meet agreed business requirementsÂ
Governance & DocumentationÂ
- Maintain clear and structured documentation aligned to Sodexo standardsÂ
- Support portfolio governance through accurate artefact managementÂ
- Ensure consistency in business analysis methodologies and toolsÂ
Skills & ExperienceÂ
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in technology or digital environmentsÂ
- Strong requirements elicitation and process modelling skillsÂ
- Experience working within structured project or portfolio delivery frameworksÂ
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsÂ
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insightsÂ
- Experience supporting end-to-end project deliveryÂ
- Experience with tools such as Triskell or similar portfolio platforms is advantageousÂ
- Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related fieldÂ
- Business Analysis certifications (e.g. CBAP, CCBA, Agile BA) are advantageousÂ
