Experienced Functional Tester with expertise inMicrosoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE or F&O), responsible for validating business processes, ensuring application quality, and delivering defect-free enterprise solutions. Skilled in manual testing, test planning, defect management, integration testing, and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and functional specifications to create comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
• Perform Functional, System Integration (SIT), Regression, Smoke, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Validate Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, or Finance & Operations.
• Execute end-to-end business process testing across Dynamics 365 applications.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE or Finance & Operations.
• 2 Years Experience in Manual Functional Testing
