This is a unique opportunity to join the Project Management Office (PMO), where you will be part ofa teamofcertifiedProject Management Professionalsresponsible for delivering the most important, complex projects that bring new capabilities and innovations to the organization. Asan Intern inPMO, you will have the chance to be involved in one of our large-scale projects to support project planning, development, andexecution to ensure all requirements are delivered to a high quality, on time, and on budget. As PMOprojects are highly cross-functional with exposure to business experts and cross-functional leaders, you will gain subject matterexpertise in coveted business areas while you grow your project management skills to transform the biggest ideas into reality. Our goal is that you will come out of your internship inspired, with meaningful experience and an enhanced skill set you can carry forward into your bright future.Â

THE ROLEÂ
As an intern in PMO, you will:Â
Champion the best project methodologies across the organization for the highest project successÂ
Support the delivery oftransformativeprojects with the most value at the right time with the right resourcingÂ
Develop andmaintain projectartifactsandreport on overall project status and critical decisionsÂ
Partner with the project team to ensure the completion of key projectdeliverables at each milestoneÂ
Interface with keystakeholders and supportthefacilitation ofsteeringmeetings and project communicationsÂ
Cultivate a positive team environment, motivate, and engage project members as we work towards our common goalÂ

THE QUALIFICATIONSÂ
The Intern, PMO has/is:Â
Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution, with a preferred graduation date ofApril 2027 to April 2028Â
Preferably pursuing a degree inBusiness,Computer Science,Technology, Engineering,Projector Operations ManagementÂ
A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principlesÂ
The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partnersÂ
A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the businessÂ
Passion for Aritzia and the fashion industryÂ
Skills and experiencerelated to Project Management, Program Management, or Delivery ManagementÂ
A logical, organized approach with an appreciation for structure and detailsÂ
A problem solver who thinks critically to develop insightful solutionsÂ
Work experience in Aritzia Boutiques, Concierge, or DistributionCentres is highly valuedÂ
