Talamona manufacturing plant is the center of excellence for high tech turbomachinery components, and takes advantage of top notch technology in the industry such as additive manufacturing, advanced coatings, precision machining, robotics and automation.

Partner with the best

In this role as Manufacturing Specialist - GT Buckets Operation Leader you will manage 2 production lines and related operation teams in Talamona plant.

This will be done while ensuring high standards related to HSE, Quality, Delivery and Productivity of the assigned production lines, and driving excellence into two different markets (flow and custom) related to the production of gas turbines and compressors.

Main responsibilities include:

• Managing operation teams to reach defined targets in safety, quality, cost and on time delivery. 

• Ensuring continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards. 

• Team management of salaried employees. (This does not include production supervisors who oversee hourly employees.)

• Planning differing activities on the basis of a predefined year plan. 

Morevover, you will support hiring/P&E execution plan for future line expansion and capacity growth and will support the plant strategy deployment and collaborating with all functions to reach the KPI values assigned.

To be successful in your role:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing). 

• You have demonstrated team working ability. 

• You are curious and eager to learn. 

• You are fluent in English and Italian – more languages are a plus.

The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 43,600 To 70,000.

The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position. Section VI – Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay.
