Performance Marketing Specialist

In the role ofPerformance Marketing Specialist, you’ll support and optimize campaigns across multiple paid channels, working hands-on with setup, testing, and reporting. You’ll collaborate closely with creators, partners, and internal teams to drive measurable impact and turn data into growth opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who wants to grow fast by focusing deeply on paid acquisition and measurable results.

Your Responsibilities

Performance Marketing (Meta ads, Tiktok ads)

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid performance campaigns across Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
• Assist withcampaigns planning across paid channels
• Identify trends, and suggest optimization opportunities
• Coordinate creativesgeneration process
• Brief creativesbased on performance insights and testing needs
• Monitor performance and analyze results
• Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards

Other Marketing Projects

• Support ad-hoc marketing initiatives and launches

Your Profile

• Solid experience in digital marketing (performance, influencer etc.), or a related field (internships included)
• A solid understanding ofperformance marketing metrics like CPC, CPA, ROAS
• Ahands-on, detail-oriented mindset- you’re comfortable working with campaign setups, dashboards, and data
• Stronganalytical thinking: you enjoy spotting patterns, drawing insights, and turning them into actions
• Curiosity and drive - you ask questions, test ideas, and activelylook for ways to improve results
• Astructured way of working, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Excellent communication skills in English, Czech or German would be a plus
