We are looking for aSolutions Consultant who will work across bothtechnical and functional domains, helping manufacturers implement and optimizemanufacturing software solutions while ensuring alignment with their business goals.

Your Role
As aSolutions Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and deployingmanufacturing software solutions for our customers. You will work closely with manufacturing leaders, process owners, and technical teams todeliver solutions that drive efficiency, visibility, and agility in production environments.
What You’ll Do
• Lead and support theimplementation of manufacturing software solutions, includingSiemens Opcenter, Insights Hub, and Factory Thread.
•Work directly withmanufacturing stakeholders to analyzebusiness needs, identify challenges, and translate them intoscalable software solutions.
• Configure and integrate software tooptimize production planning, scheduling, execution, and quality management.
•Wear multiple hats, contributing to bothtechnical problem-solving and business process consulting depending on project needs.
•Facilitate anagile deployment approach, leveraging iterative releases, rapid feedback loops, and continuous improvement strategies.
•Collaborate with development, integration, and business teams to ensureseamless system interoperability withERP, MRP, QMS, and other manufacturing IT systems.
•Providecustomer training and change management support to drive successful software adoption.
•Identify opportunities fornew solution offerings, helping Snic Solutions expand intonew revenue streams in manufacturing software.

What You Bring to the Table
•Technical or functional background inmanufacturing software implementation, preferably in MOM/MES, IIoT, APS, or related domains.
•Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to connect business challenges to technology solutions.
•A willingness to work across different roles, including bothtechnical and functional responsibilities, to build end-to-end expertise.
•Hands-on experience with software implementation—either as adeveloper, system integrator, business analyst, or consultant.
•Understanding of manufacturing processes, including production planning, execution, scheduling, and quality control.
•Agile implementation experience, with exposure to methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, or iterative software deployment.
•Excellent communication and customer engagement skills, comfortable interacting with business and technical stakeholders.
•Knowledge of ERP, MRP, QMS, and related manufacturing IT systems is an advantage.
•Interest in evolving into a Solution Architect role, combining both technical expertise and business acumen to deliver high-impact projects.
