About The Client:
Client is an Indian multinational technology company specializing in information technology services and consulting. Headquartered in Mumbai, it is a part of the Tata Group and operates in 150 locations across 46 countries.
Essential Job Function:
- Establish clear channels of communication with Subject Matter Expert and set expectations for regular updates and feedback.
- Identify and plan innovative programs to engage with SME's on regular basis
- Create a positive experience for SME's
- Collaborating closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
- Proactively identification of areas for improvement in SME Engagement
- Experience: 8 to 10 Years
- SME Engagement Manager
- 10 yrs of experience in Academic Service Industry
- At least 4 years of experience managing SMEs, Faculty or Vendor experience in Academic Services
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
- Ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues of SME
- Managing Stakeholders - Internal & External
- Good command over English both written and spoken
- Good command over Hindi
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite
- Good network within the Educational domain
Knowledge of assessment framework
