Location:Onsite in Monterrey, Mexico or Hybrid from other regions with frequent travel to Monterrey office

About the Hiring Company:
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head/ Director of Marketing to lead all customer acquisition efforts in Mexico/ LATAM markets and drive scalable, profitable growth.

As Head/ Director of Marketing, you will own the full strategic marketing across paid media, affiliates, partnerships, and emerging growth channels. You will be responsible for driving first-time depositors (FTDs) and maximizing LTV, acquisition, retention, etc.

This is a high-impact leadership role requiring deep knowledge of the Mexican & LATAM digital landscape, regulatory nuances, and player behavior within sportsbook and online casino.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a multi-channel acquisition and overall marketing strategy tailored to the Mexican market

  • Own acquisition forecasting, budget allocation and performance targets

  • Build and lead a high-performing acquisition team (paid media, affiliates, media
    buying, performance analytics)

  • Partner closely with CRM, Product, BI, Compliance, and Creative teams to align
    growth initiatives

  • Oversee paid acquisition channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic etc

  • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates

  • Implement rigorous A/B testing frameworks across creatives, landing pages, offers,
    and targeting

  • Lead affiliate program strategy & build relationships with key Mexican affiliates,
    media houses, tipsters, influencers & other strategic partnerships.

The Successful Candidate:

  • 5+ years in iGaming, preferably Sports-focused in Mexico or LATAM markets, with a holistic view and approach on overall marketing strategies

  • Proven experience scaling acquisition in Mexico or LATAM markets

  • Strong track record managing monthly marketing budgets

  • Data-driven decision-maker with strong commercial acumen

  • Deep knowledge of Mexican digital advertising landscape and Mexican culture.

  • Strong negotiation and partner management skills

  • Advanced understanding of funnel optimization and player economics

  • Fluent in Spanish and English
