We are looking for aSenior DevSecOps Engineer to join ourGTB Tech Evolution Platform team, helping us build and operate secure, scalable and cloud-native infrastructure onAWS.

In this role, you will work closely with Platform, Security and Product teams to onboard applications onto standardized cloud patterns, improve automation and security, and drive the adoption of modernDevOps, SRE and observability practices.

You will play a key role in the evolution of our cloud platform, with a strong focus onAWS/EKS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code and cloud automation.

What You'll Do

• Design, implement and operatesecure, scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS/EKS.
• Lead the onboarding and migration of applications to standardizedCloud patterns and platform services.
• Develop and maintainCI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes using GitHub.
• Implement and manageInfrastructure as Code, particularly with Terraform.
• Drive the migration from traditional credential-based authentication towardsAWS IAM/IRSA and secure identity management practices.
• Manage and optimizeKubernetes-based environments, ensuring reliability, security and scalability.
• Championobservability and SRE practices, including monitoring, logging and performance improvements.
• Work with tools such asAmazon CloudWatch and, ideally, Dynatrace.
• Promote automation across infrastructure and application lifecycle management.
• Maintain adocumentation-first approach, ensuring platform processes, configurations and standards are clearly documented.
• Contribute toservice catalog ownership and governance.
• Collaborate closely with Platform Engineering, Security and Product teams to deliver secure and reliable solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve platform efficiency, resilience, security and developer experience.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience as a DevSecOps / DevOps Engineer.
• Strong hands-on experience withAWS / Amazon Web Services.
• Advanced knowledge ofKubernetes, ideally including EKS.
• Strong experience withGitHub and GitHub-based development and CI/CD workflows.
• Hands-on experience withTerraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Solid experience withDocker and containerized environments.
• Strong knowledge ofLinux environments.
• Experience withcloud automation and infrastructure automation.
• Experience withauthentication and IAM, particularly within AWS environments.
• Strong understanding ofAmazon CloudWatch and cloud monitoring.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional technical teams.
• A strong security mindset and interest in building reliable, scalable and well-governed cloud platforms.

Nice to Have

• Experience withPython scripting or automation.
• Experience withJava applications or ecosystems.
• Experience withDynatrace or other observability platforms.
• Experience withAWS IAM Roles for Service Accounts (IRSA).
• Knowledge ofSRE principles and practices.
• Previous experience working in large-scale enterprise or financial services environments.
