We are smartmicro, the leading specialist in high-performance automotive and traffic radar- and radar/camera hybrid sensor technology. We design, develop and manufacture high-tech sensors for autonomous driving, intelligent traffic infrastructure and smart cities. We are looking for an experienced Recruiter/HR Manager to cover a parental leave position for a period of 1.5 years.

• As part of the HR team, you will be responsible for all aspects of applicant management and international recruiting
• This includes creating and posting job ads, screening applicants, and scheduling and conducting interviews (online or in person)
• You will be in constant communication with the relevant department and group managers, as well as the CEO
• You will also provide support in day-to-day operations (HR administration) and handle employee inquiries
• You will enjoy developing targeted recruiting strategies for our social media channels

• Studies in Human Resources Management/ Business Administration or a comparable training program
• Experience in recruitment and application processes, preferably including employer branding
• You have strong MS Office skills
• Ideally, you are familiar with Personio (HR software)
• You have excellent communication and organizational skills
• In addition to very good German language skills, strong English language skills are also important
