We are an innovative radar technology company developing high-performance sensing systems for modern applications. We build reliable, high-precision electronics and are looking for a detailed-oriented Production Associate to join our fast-paced manufacturing team.
Position Overview
Location: On-site
Position Type: Full-Time
As a Production Associate, you will play a hands-on role in assembling radar components, managing inventory, and fulfilling customer orders. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, basic electronic assembly experience, and solid computer skills.
  • Electronic & Hardware Assembly: Assemble electronic components, radar sub-assemblies, and finished goods according to technical specifications and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Order Fulfillment: Safely pack, label, and prepare radar units and system accessories for shipping to clients on schedule.
  • Inventory Accuracy: Track incoming parts, record stock movements, conduct cycle counts, and keep inventory records up to date.
  • Quality & Testing: Perform basic visual inspections and functional checks to ensure all products meet performance standards before shipment.
  • Organization & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe ESD-compliant workstation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Vocational or Technical degree preferred).
  • 1+ years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or order fulfillment.
  • Ability to follow wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, and step-by-step assembly instructions.
  • High attention to detail and manual dexterity for working with small hardware and electronic components.
  • Ability to lift up to 35–50 lbs and stand/move throughout the workday.
  • Required: Proficiency with theMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Preferred: Experience withSalesforce or an ERP/inventory management system is a plus.
