[Danang Onsite] Accounting Intern

We have over 200 talented employees working both on-site and remote/hybrid at locations:

• Danang: 81 Quang Trung, Hai Chau 1 ward, Hai Chau District, Danang
• Hanoi: Zodiac building, 19 Duy Tan Street, Dich Vong Hau ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi

• Verify allpayable documents in line withP2Pprocess andVietnamese tax law
• Trackaccounts payable KPIsto ensure process improvement opportunities are identified and can be implemented
• Assist with month-end closing activities, includingAP reconciliations andaccrual preparations.
• Resolving issues by selecting the best solution from a few choices for reoccurring problems
• Assure all expenses (invoices and T&E) are correctly allocated
• Follow up with internal stakeholders and vendors to collect missing information or supporting documents when required.
• Prepare and input Journal entries intoMisasystem
• Support internal and external audit requests when required
• Perform basic general ledger and accounts payable data checks as assigned.
• Other adhoc task assigned by Line Manager

• Must be a final-year student or fresh graduate pursuing a degree in Accounting or Auditing, Finance, or related
• Full-time availability within 6 months is required
• English communication skills, written and verbal
• Strong interest in and commitment to theaccounting industry
• Good to have eagerness to learn and team working spirit
• Detail-oriented and responsible
• Basic knowledge ofVietnamese accounting and tax regulations is a plus
