  • Support the preparation and review of project charters, plans, schedules, and baselines.
  • Track project progress, milestones, deadlines, and completion rates.
  • Update project data, documents, risk registers, issue logs, and change requests.
  • Assist in monitoring project KPIs, costs, working hours, and resource utilization.
  • Compare actual project performance against approved plans.
  • Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
  • Organize project files, approvals, templates, and lessons learned.
  • Follow up with project managers and team members on pending actions.
  • Support project meetings by preparing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking action items.
  • Help ensure projects follow approved PMO policies, procedures, and templates.
  • Assist in reviewing new project requests and collecting the required information.
  • Support the improvement and automation of PMO processes and reports.
  • Fresh graduate or final-year student in Business Administration, Project Management, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and the project life cycle.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to prepare reports, organize data, and track deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and document-control skills.
  • Good communication and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work with different departments and manage several tasks.
  • Good command of Arabic and English.
  • Interest in project governance, performance measurement, and process improvement.
  • Willingness to learn project management systems and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Jira, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar tools.
  • Basic experience with Power BI or dashboard creation.
  • Familiarity with KPIs, risk registers, project charters, and change requests.
  • Completion of a project management course or internship.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methods.
