Hiring: Parts Advisor

• Pay:$4,000-$7,000 Monthly
• Schedule:We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Do

• Maintain clean and professional appearance of counter, work area and stockroom.
• Interact with Service Team to coordinate parts for vehicle repair and service.
• Order parts from suppliers based on service department and customer requests.
• Create accurate invoices in ADP.
• Receive, unpack and store parts in appropriate storage areas so they are readily available when needed.
• Check quantity and condition of goods received against invoices and purchase orders. Check number and unit cost as well as total billing for charges against proper records.
• Specifies parts accurately.
• Takes inventory, maintains records of goods received and keeps perpetual inventory controls.
• Receive payment or obtain credit authorization
• Process core returns, parts warranties and parts returns as necessary.

What You'll Bring

• Automotive Knowledge, 2+ years
• Mathematics – calculations of inventory, payments and invoices.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, 2+ years
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Total Rewards

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commission(s) off Department Gross, Individual Gross and Bonuses based on Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability.

The average pay range for this position is $4,000-$7,000 monthly.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
