We're inbound-led. Developers try the open-source product, companies realize they need enterprise features, and they reach out. Your job is to turn that intent into closed revenue—fast.
**The work**
* Own the full sales cycle from inbound lead to signed contract
* Run demos that actually show the product (not slide decks—real AI agents doing real tasks)
* Qualify hard and move fast. Our sales cycles are weeks, not quarters.
* Work closely with founders and engineering to close technical buyers
* Build repeatable playbooks as you learn what works
* Shape our GTM motion while it's still early enough to influence it

* You've closed deals at a startup before. You know what "figuring it out" looks like.

* You can demo a product, not just talk about it. Bonus if you can hold your own in technical conversations.
* Fast mover. You don't let deals stall. You find the blocker and fix it.
* Process-minded but not process-dependent. You build the playbook as you go.
* Hungry. Early-stage AE roles reward people who want to win.
