About the Role 

We're looking for a talented senior full stack developer to join our growing engineering team. You'll be working on Amplify, our core platform that brings together our suite of products in one unified experience — a technically interesting challenge at real scale. 

You'll lead technical initiatives, work across a broad range of third-party integrations, and raise the bar on the quality and craft of everything we ship. We move fast, hold high standards, and care deeply about building things well. Whether you're a strong mid-level engineer ready for the next step or an experienced senior, if you're driven and talented, we want to hear from you. 

What You'll Do 

• Lead and deliver technical initiatives end-to-end, from design to production 

• Drive technical excellence across the team — code quality, architecture, and best practices 

• Build and maintain robust features across the full stack (backend APIs, frontend UI) 

• Build features within Amplify that connect and surface functionality from across our wider product suite 

• Collaborate closely with product and design to ship high-quality software 

• Mentor other engineers and contribute to a strong engineering culture 

• Participate in architecture discussions and help shape technical direction 

What You Bring 

• Solid full stack development experience with a strong grasp of modern practices 

• Strong PHP skills, ideally with Laravel experience 

• Experience with a modern frontend framework — React preferred, but Vue, Angular, or similar is fine 

• Experience with relational databases, RESTful APIs, and cloud infrastructure 

• Experience working within large-scale SaaS platforms 

• A track record of owning features and delivering to a high standard 

• Clear communication and the ability to work well in a collaborative team
