Horizon Health is seeking a full-timeSite Coordinatorin theEastern Region. The Site Coordinator will serve as a leader within the clinic setting to assist with the day-to-day items as directed by the Regional Manager. Successful candidates for the Site Coordinator should be passionate about providing high-quality, patient centered care. *Eastern Region consists of: Howard, De Smet, Huron*Ā This position may travel between Eastern Region locations as needed for coverage.Ā 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ā Facilitate implementation of change within the clinic while supporting the organizational message and keeping the staff motivated in an environment focused on building morale in a positive work environment.
  • Ā  Be the leader for the front office teams. Model the behaviors that represent our mission, vision, and values, holding ourselves accountable to them and our policies and procedures.
  • Ā Assist the Regional Manager with organizing functions within the clinic, including but not limited to, resolving staff scheduling, staff onboarding, staff training, community/clinic events, equipment maintenance.
