Duties/Responsibilities:
Reviewmarketing materialsagainst an established set of guidelines and brand standards, enter results into database, and communicate results of the review toadvertisers
Conductaprimary review of post-campaign activities todetermine whether advertisements were executed as specified in programguidelines
Complete administrative tasks such asdata entry,filing, letter processing, mailing,etc.
Perform website functionalitychecks
May perform quality control checksto ensure accuracy and compliance with program guidelines (QC)
Qualifications:
Bachelor'sdegree in Marketing/Advertising preferred
0-2 years' experience in a fast-paced office environment withadministrative experience
Some remote-work experiencepreferred
Proven technical competence including experience with Microsoft Word,Excel and Outlook
Strongattention to detail and excellent time management
Ability to organize work, multitask and meetdeadlines
Exceptional ability to work within a teamenvironment
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Fluent production and comprehension of oral and written English
