Education Services plays a key role in ensuring that clients can realize the full value of SimCorp solutions. By translating learning strategy into effective training execution, this function directly contributes toclient success, adoption, and long-term business impact.
We are looking for aHead of Education Services to lead our global training development and delivery function.
Education Services is abusiness-critical function focused on enabling success through high-quality training that drivesadoption and effective use of our solutions – for bothclients andinternal employees. The function operates in close collaboration withPeople & Culture (learning strategy) and thecentral Learning Organization (learning architecture and standards).
The Head of Education Services reports to the Global Head of Value Services inSimCorp Consulting.
This role combinesstrategic leadership, operational excellence, and a strong execution focus, with increasing exposure to the commercial aspects of training services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead theglobal Education Services function, with accountability for training development and delivery
Translate learning strategy and architectural frameworks intoscalable, high-impact training solutions
Apply structuredlearning development methodologies (e.g., ADDIE or similar) to ensure consistency and quality
Own thecommercial side of training forclients and partners, includingcontracting,revenue, andP&L
Drive aproject- and program-based approach to training delivery, with clear scope, timelines, and outcomes
Develop and evolve aportfolio of training offerings to support clients and partners
Contribute to the ongoing development of a morestructured and scalable training offering, including the packaging and positioning of services
Ensureefficient, high-quality global delivery across formats (digital, instructor-led, hybrid)
Build and run aninternal enablement program to upskill employees (e.g., Consulting, Customer Success, Support, Sales) on SimCorp solutions, new releases, and delivery best practices
Establishrole-based learning pathways and onboarding curricula to support employee readiness, consistency, and quality at scale
Driveadoption of SimCorp solutions through effective and outcome-oriented training
Collaboration
Partner withPeople & Culture on overall learning strategy
Align with theLearning Organization and Learning Architects on frameworks and standards
Work closely withProduct, Consulting, and Customer Success to ensure business alignment and impact
Lead, coach, and develop ahigh-performing global team
WHAT WE VALUE
Proven experience inEducation Services, training delivery, or learning operations
Strong understanding oflearning development processes (e.g., ADDIE or equivalent frameworks)
Demonstrated ability to managecomplex delivery initiatives with a structured, project-oriented mindset
Ability to balancestrategic thinking with hands-on execution
Understanding of how training drivesadoption, performance, and business outcomes
Interest in and exposure to thecommercial aspects of training services
Experience in working in aglobal, matrixed organization
Experience in designing and deliveringemployee enablement programs (e.g., onboarding, certifications, role-based curricula) in a complex product or services environment
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
