Accountant – Accounts Receivable (Junior)

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES; include but not limited to:Â
Â
Accounts Receivable (AR)Â
Monitor aging reports; follow up with customers on outstanding balances.Â
Assist with collections escalations as needed.Â
Reconcile AR accounts and support month-end close activities.Â
Â
General & Administrative Â
Assist with monthly reconciliations and accruals.Â
Support audits by preparing documentation and responding to requests.Â
Help maintain and improve accounting processes and internal controls.Â
Support month-end closing activities, including adjusting journal entriesÂ
Review and approve Concur reports, including employees corporate card transactions and reimbursementsÂ
Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and reconcile accountsÂ
Maintain and reconcile prepaid expense accountsÂ
Maintain accounting ledgers in accordance with internal policies and compliance requirementsÂ
Support the Accounting department with analysis and reporting Â
Manage fixed asset records and trackingÂ
Identify opportunities to improve accounting procedures and recommend process improvementsÂ
Maintain accurate balances for intercompany A/P and A/R transactions and reconcile with counterparts in global entities.Â
Post intercompany service journal entries by verifying and entering transactionsÂ
Support internal and external audit process and preparationÂ
Generate ad hoc reports as neededÂ
Perform other duties as assigned.Â
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCEÂ
Â
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Â
1-3 years experience working in a corporate settingÂ
Fluency in English requiredÂ
Experience in semiconductor industry preferred. Â
Experience in international and remote team building preferred.Â
Sage Intacct experience preferredÂ
