Sika Hellas S.A. is seeking aWaste Management & Quality Control Supervisor to join its production facilities inKalochori, Thessaloniki. The role is ideal for anEnvironmental Engineer or Chemical Engineer who will be responsible for the operation, monitoring, and compliance of the waste treatment unit, as well as for the quality control of produced materials.
Your Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and supervise the waste treatment unit in accordance with applicable environmental legislation and internal standards
- Record technical parameters and perform basic equipment maintenance activities
- Coordinate with external contractors and environmental consultants
- Ensure full compliance with environmental regulations and internal procedures
- Perform quality control checks on produced materials
- Maintain technical and operational records of the facility
- Support CE certification processes for products
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline
- Previous experience in waste management facilities or industrial environments will be considered an advantage
- High adaptability and ability to quickly integrate into a new working environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Team-oriented mindset with good collaboration skills
