About the Role 

We are looking for aCommercial Operations & Performance Managerto strengthen commercial execution, performance visibility, and operational efficiency acrossCommercial Department. 

You will work closely with commercial leadership to ensure effective CRM management, accurate performance reporting, strong pipeline visibility, andprocessesefficiency.
The ideal candidate ishighly structured, detail-oriented, commercially minded, and execution-focused. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Oversee commercial processes and ensure consistent execution across Sales and Account Management. 

• Monitor commercial KPIs, pipeline performance, and other key business metrics. 

• Ensure high-quality,accurate, and up-to-date CRM data. 

• Develop andmaintain regular commercial reporting and performance dashboards. 

• Provide leadership with clear insights into performance, trends, and commercial opportunities. 

• Monitor revenue-related processes, including invoicing and client payment status. 

• Identify opportunities to improve commercial workflows, reporting, and operational efficiency. 

• Establish clear processes and frameworks that support commercial performance and growth. 

• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, and Operations to improve commercial execution. 

Requirements 

• 7+ years of experience inCommercialProject Management or a similar role. 

• Strong understanding of CRM systems, commercial KPIs, sales pipelines, and reporting. 

• Excellent analytical andorganizational skills with strong attention to detail. 

• Commercial mindset and understanding of revenue-driving processes. 

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. 

• Assertive, proactive, and confident working with senior stakeholders. 

• Strong ownership and execution focus. 

• Excellent English.
