We're looking for an AI Transformation Manager to join Sia's ETI practice and help clients across energy, transportation, and industrial sectors successfully adopt and scale AI across their organizations.Â
This is a business- and strategy-facing role. You'll work with executives and operational leaders to identify where AI can create value, build the roadmap to get there, and lead clients through the change required to make adoption stick. You are not expected to write production code or build models yourself. Your value is knowing what today's AI tools and platforms can realistically do, translating that into a business case, and leading the organizational change that turns a pilot into an operating reality.Â
You'll join a growing ETI team, working day to day alongside Applied AI Leads and other Sia consultants who own the technical build, so you can focus on where you add the most value: strategy, stakeholder alignment, and delivery leadership.Â
What You'll DoÂ
Lead AI Transformation StrategyÂ
Partner with executive and operational stakeholders to identify where AI can improve efficiency, productivity, decision-making, and customer outcomesÂ
Assess current business processes and operating models to identify high-impact AI use casesÂ
Develop AI transformation roadmaps aligned to business objectives and measurable outcomesÂ
Lead client workshops focused on AI strategy, prioritization, and adoptionÂ
Drive Delivery & Change ManagementÂ
Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled transformation initiatives, partnering with Applied AI Leads and technical teams to translate strategy into executionÂ
Manage multiple workstreams while balancing scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectationsÂ
Establish governance, KPIs, and reporting to measure business impact and adoptionÂ
Build trusted relationships with business and technology leadersÂ
Drive organizational adoption through communication, training, and change managementÂ
Present recommendations and progress updates to executive stakeholdersÂ
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to ETI practice developmentÂ
Evaluate & Guide AI Tool AdoptionÂ
Maintain working knowledge of Generative AI, AI agents, copilots, and automation platforms so you can evaluate options and advise clients, without needing to build or configure them yourselfÂ
Assess vendor and platform options and recommend practical enterprise applicationsÂ
Support organizations in moving from pilot to production by aligning stakeholders, timelines, and change readiness, working closely with the technical build teamÂ
Business Process ImprovementÂ
Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and operational improvementÂ
Lead process redesign initiatives leveraging AI and digital technologiesÂ
Build repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and documentation that enable sustainable transformationÂ
RequiredÂ
6-10+ years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, technology consulting, operations, or digital transformationÂ
Experience leading complex cross-functional programs from strategy through implementationÂ
Experience identifying business process improvement opportunities and driving organizational changeÂ
Working knowledge of Generative AI, AI agents, copilots, workflow automation, or intelligent automation platforms as a practitioner and evaluator (not required to build or code)Â
Experience partnering with both business and technical stakeholdersÂ
Strong executive communication and presentation skillsÂ
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client engagements in fast-paced consulting environmentsÂ
Bachelor's degree requiredÂ
PreferredÂ
Experience serving clients in Energy & Utilities, Transportation & Logistics, Manufacturing, or Industrial ProductsÂ
Experience with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, AWS Bedrock, or Azure AI, as a user and evaluatorÂ
Experience with Agile delivery methodologiesÂ
PMP, Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma, or other project management certificationÂ
Familiarity with data visualization and project tracking tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNowÂ
