We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Administrator to join our Sales Operations Department in Žilina, Slovakia. In this role, you will support both on-site and remote sales teams, helping to ensure smooth daily operations, process optimization, and compliance.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is proactive, eager to learn, and ready to grow within a dynamic, global, and multicultural organization. You will work closely with colleagues based in Žilina as well as with international teams across different territories, gaining valuable experience in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Support in administrative tasks in CRM and CPQÂ
- Support the Sales Team on increasing sales productivity: Process optimization, Process simplification, Implementations of automationsÂ
- Support the Sales Team to achieve both department and company targetsÂ
- Support sales enablement initiatives and executionÂ
- Support the Management with data driven insights and on driving day-to-day executionÂ
- Facilitate planning activities and meetings to keep the team alignedÂ
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), other languages are a plusÂ
- Experience in working with CRM system (Zoho is a plus) and CPQÂ
- Process drivenÂ
