Mechatronic Design Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineer to join our robotics team .

The ideal candidate is a one with a strong background in actuators, mechanisms, and dynamic robotic systems.

This is a hands-on R&D role with real ownership from concept, through detailed design and prototyping, all the way to production.

What you will actually do :

• Lead mechanical development activities across the full product lifecycle, including concept generation, detailed design, prototyping, drawing release, manufacturing support, integration and field testing.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including electronics, manufacturing, Software, AI, and operations
• Manage technical interactions with suppliers and support component sourcing and manufacturing activities.

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5+ years of experience inMilitary packaging products design
• Demonstrated experience with the design of products and incorporating PCBs, wiring, harnesses, and connectors.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with PLM/PDM and lifecycle management processes.
• Experience performing thermal analysis.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and execution.

• Solid understanding of GD&T and design for CNC, Sheet metal and Plastic injection.
• Independent, pragmatic, hands-on engineer.

• Familiarity with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles.
• Experience performing finite element analysis (FEA).
• Strong proficiency inPTC OnshapeCAD system.
