YOUR ROLE AS A TAZIKI'S SHIFT LEADER:

Serving guests and making meaningful connections with them
Opening & closing tasks (including cash management and overseeing staff duties)
Being responsible for the restaurant and the team when a manager isn't on duty
Mastering menu and product knowledge
Supporting or working stations when needed (including kitchen)
Prepping food and doing side work

THE IDEAL TEAM MEMBER:

Prior food service experience preferred
Strongleadership,guest service, andverbal communication skills with guests/team members
Ability to thrive in afast-paced environment, balancing multiple tasks and priorities
Ability to follow instructions and adhere topolicies and procedures
Energetic, ready to learn, loves fresh food
Able to work aflexible schedule
Maintaingood attendance, good hygiene, andgood attitude

Your Working Conditions / Hours:

Shifts typically last anywhere from 5 to 9 hours
Morning shifts usually start from 9:00 to 11:00 AM and last until 3:00 - 5:00 PM
Evening shifts usually start between 12:00 and 4:00 PM and last until 8:30 - 9:30 PM
Schedule is flexible and can change week to week as needed

Benefits• Free shift meal for all management staff (for employee only, non-transferable)
• Base pay starts at $14- $16 (based on availability/experience) plus tips
• Tips are shared by all hourly employees and typically add an additional $3 - $4 per hour to the base pay

Tazikis is a restaurant kitchen environment, which includes but is not limited to using equipment such as a flattop and char grill, oven, slicer, mixer, and food processor.
